A multinational drink and brewing company terminated their outsourced finance team in India and set them up locally.

There were over 60 roles that had to be on the payroll in four months. They opted to outsource 40 of the 60 roles to Network Finance.

International Assurance Consulting Firm

Network Finance was mandated to source 150 Candidates to onboard and start by 01 February 2022. The brief was received on 04 October 2021. The project concluded with 267 Candidates placed.


Project Success Critical Factors (Key Insights Gained):

  • Network Finance successfully delivered the required number of candidates.
  • Both parties applying urgency to meet project timelines as initially outlined
  • Optimal interview to offer ratio was achieved, for every 3 candidates interviewed, 1 was successfully placed
  • Response time from interview to offer extended was kept to approximately 3 days

Project C

International Assurance Consulting Firm

Network Finance was mandated in 2022 to source multiple Audit Candidates to onboard and start as soon as possible. The project concluded with 20 Audit Candidates placed over a 2-month period.

A second project was requested in 2023 to supply multiple Candidates to onboard within 2 months and this was concluded with 11 Candidates placed over a 6-week period.
